Chris and Kelli were married September 6th at Las Tiendas in Amarillo. It was a gorgeous affair, and I was glad to be a part of it- these two have been wonderful to work with from the very beginning.
I've got lots of images to show you, so be ready!
There's something I love about the motion blur in this image:
Kelli just has such an elegant profile-
but she's gorgeous from this angle too!
Here are the guys:
We took advantage of some pretty light in the dressing area before the ceremony.
A most effective sweat-prevention tactic on a warm September day-
Waiting so intensely...
Before he walked her down the aisle, Kelli handed her Dad a 3x3 print from her Bridal shoot. Such a cool idea!
There were so many beautiful flowers to add a punch of color.
The ceremony was bathed in that lovely evening light.
The sunlight was almost as yummy as the cake! I LOVE wedding cake. It's actually written into my contract that I get a piece!
Las Tiendas looked great. It's the perfect place to have a beautiful intimate wedding.
This is just ONE of the many cool details that Kelli had made. These little packets contain my favorite food group- jelly beans!
The exit!
Ok, so we went a little overboard on the ring shots. I had a lot that I liked so I thought I'd post them all and you can tell me your favorite in the comments. Enjoy!

Great pictures, Lissa!! You did an incredible job. Also, I like all of the ring shots but really like #5...just because I can see the detail on the groom's ring...really cool ring!!
Thanks, also, for the art site recommendation. I have already learned a lot, myself!
My favorite was also #5. Love the whole texture thing. Question: I know there were shadows of leaves, etc. that you fight outside like that. How do you set your lighting to avoid all that?
My fave is #3. I like the composition
OK, my friend & I, here at work, love #2 & #3! Great job, Lissa!
;)
I like #3 the best. Good eye, Shawn!
#1, 3 & 5 were my favorites. Not exactly narrowing it down, but I tried.
I never get tired of looking at your blog, Lissa. We miss you!
